Father God, I ask that you turn Mary’s suffering into rejoicing. Lord, I was just reading in Your Word this morning about Mary and Martha and how Mary chose to sit at the feet of Jesus. I hope this Mary will also sit at the feet of Jesus and receieve all that she needs to walk through what You have put before her. And may she do it with rejoicing because of Your amazing love, mercy and grace.
Lord I also lift to You Loren and Kraig. Lord, to have a child die before you is so out of order. But You Lord can understand their pain and suffering better than I. And I do know You are all they need, You are sufficent for every situation. And so I trust them in Your hands to meet them where they are and for You to take them where You want them to go. May their faith be increased as they see Your provision for them.
Lord, You are more than enough for every situation of life, whether in death, sickness or the economy. May we as Your Church stand firm in Your truth so we are the light on the hill that the world runs to during these diffcult times and finds You. I Love You, and I bring these things before by the authority and power of Jesus Christ.

Gracious Father:
I lift up the burdens of Loren and Kraig in the loss of their precious daughter. We don’t know your mind or understand your ways, but we know your heart and we know you to be a loving and compassionate God. We thank you for their precious daughter’s life, for her life has given Loren and Kraig memories, laughter and the greatest example of love. In the great hymnal Come Ye Disconsolate, there is a verse that says earth has no sorrow that heaven can not heal. God, I pray that you will send your healing angels to minister to this couple and this family and remind them that you are in control. Lord I pray that you will speak to their heart and mind and soothe the sting of their loss. God I pray that you will surround them with family and friends that will comfort, support and encourage them to not only mourn their daughter’s passing but also to celebrate her life. Dry their tears dear Lord and remind them that a brighter day is coming. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
In Jesus name I pray. Amen
